Appointments* with a member of the team can be made by dropping into the Contact Centre, by telephone, by email or using our Live Chat.
We offer a virtual advice service where you can send a question to a member of the careers team by using the careers e-mail, the service facebook messenger, twitter or speaking directly to a member of the team during Live Chat.
We aim to respond to Live Chat messages as quickly as possible, but it would be helpful if you could please leave your contact details just in case this is not possible
Telephone advice is also available within the hours of
9am–5pm Monday – Friday, just call our main telephone line.
(An answer phone service is available for out-of-office hours and responses to messages will be made within two working days.)
The location for meeting an adviser or support officer can be either at the centre, or at a more local convenient community venue.
If an appointment has to be changed or rescheduled, all efforts will be made to contact you before the appointed time. If you cannot attend the booked appointment please let us know.
