There are courses that you might be interested in:

#Lifegoals:  If you might like to move onto a College course, Traineeship, Apprenticeship or Employment

BeInspired: If you might like to move onto an College course, Traineeship or an Apprenticeship


The courses enable you to gain valuable employability skills, improve your confidence and self – esteem through sports activities, and support with budgeting and personal development.

You will also be able to carry out a work experience placement and volunteering opportunities

(Course content may vary depending upon the needs of the group)

  • 1 day a week for 12 weeks
  • 2 Days a week for 14 weeks
